Meet Our Team

Ali Bloomer, MOT, OTR/L, PCES
Ali is a vibrant and dedicated occupational therapist with a special passion for helping kids shine. She loves creating safe, playful, and engaging spaces where children can learn, grow, and feel confident in their own abilities. Whether it’s handwriting practice, motor skill development, or supporting sensory needs, Ali brings joy and creativity to each session—making therapy feel less like “work” and more like fun exploration.
Ali has pursued advanced training in the Size Matters Handwriting Program and Primitive Reflex Integration, giving her the tools to help kids and families meet challenges with practical strategies and lasting results. Her goal is always to empower both children and their parents with skills and confidence that carry over into daily life.
Beyond pediatrics, Ali is deeply passionate about maternal and pelvic health. She has advanced her expertise through pelvic floor rehabilitation, becoming a Certified Pregnancy & Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist. She’s committed to walking alongside moms during pregnancy and postpartum, providing both practical solutions and compassionate support.
On a personal note, Ali is a proud mom of two spunky kids who inspired her to create Dear Moms Therapy. Her own journey through pregnancy and postpartum—including navigating Intrahepatic Cholestasis of Pregnancy, breastfeeding challenges, and the highs and lows of becoming a mother—showed her firsthand the need for more resources and connection. Ali and her husband walked this path without a strong support system nearby, and that experience lit a fire in her to help other families feel less alone.
When Ali isn’t working with families, she can often be found at the beach, with a good book, or behind a camera lens capturing everyday joy with Flare Photography. Through her work and her life, Ali continues to build a community where moms, kids, and families feel supported, seen, and celebrated.
Ali serves clients local to Amelia Island, Florida and several states virtually.

Dr. Kayli Chiasson, PP OTD, OTR
Dr. Kayli Chiasson is a licensed occupational therapist with over five years of experience specializing in sensory processing and emotional regulation. She earned her Bachelor’s degree from Baylor University and went on to complete both her Master of Occupational Therapy and Post-Professional Doctorate in Occupational Therapy at the University of Texas Medical Branch (UTMB).
Passionate about pediatrics, Dr. Chiasson believes that every child deserves therapy that is individualized, child-centered, and rooted in meaningful family connection. She emphasizes the vital role sensory processing plays in a child’s ability to participate in daily routines, regulate emotions, and gain independence. By addressing sensory needs, children are better able to build confidence, strengthen skills, and experience success in their home, school, and community environments.
Dr. Chiasson’s personal experience of growing up with a younger brother with autism has shaped her compassionate and holistic approach. She partners closely with families, ensuring they feel supported and empowered as active participants in their child’s growth journey. Her goal is to provide therapy that not only meets developmental needs but also fosters resilience, confidence, and joy in everyday life.
Kayli serves several states virtually.

Skai Pellerin, MOT, OTR/L, PCES
Skai is an occupational therapist who is passionate about helping children grow and shine in their everyday lives. With over five years of experience, she uses a child-led, play-based approach that makes therapy both effective and fun. She believes true growth doesn’t just happen in therapy—it happens at home, at school, and in daily routines. That’s why she actively involves parents and caregivers, equipping them with practical tools and education that make carryover natural and empowering. Her goal is to ensure families feel confident supporting their children long after the therapy session ends.
Skai earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology with a minor in neuroscience from Texas A&M University (WHOOP!!!) and her master’s in occupational therapy from the University of Texas Medical Branch. She has completed additional training in Primitive Reflex Integration and the Size Matters Handwriting Program, which she blends into playful, functional activities that set kids up for success.
Skai’s path to co-founding Dear Moms Therapy was deeply shaped by her own personal journey. At just 28, she was diagnosed with a rare form of ovarian cancer. Navigating fertility preservation treatment and the world of women’s health ignited her self-advocacy skills and fueled her commitment to raising awareness for mothers’ health and well-being. This life-changing experience opened her eyes to how often women’s voices and needs are overlooked. Skai is deeply committed to making women feel heard, valued, and supported as they navigate both their own well-being and their role as mothers. She believes that when women are cared for and empowered, their children flourish alongside them.
Outside of work, Skai enjoys traveling with her husband, experimenting in the kitchen as a self-proclaimed Gordon Ramsay in training, spoiling her dogs, indulging her sweet tooth, and getting lost in her Kindle. With curiosity, creativity, and care, she brings her whole heart to connecting with families, sprinkling a little magic into children’s lives, and walking alongside mothers and children every step of the way.
She serves clients locally in Sienna, Texas, as well as virtually across several states.
