Frequently Asked Questions
Do you take insurance?
In order to provide top quality care, we do not work in-network with insurance companies meaning all of our fees are out of pocket.
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that life gets busy and sometimes unpredictable, which is why we make it easy to reschedule your appointment, free of charge, with just 24 hours’ notice. Our team is dedicated to providing you with a supportive and judgement-free space for your therapy needs, because we know that being a mom comes with unique challenges that often go overlooked.
How do I get started with services?!
To book an evaluation or learn more about school based services,, fill out the form linked under Dear Kids. If you have trouble, feel free to reach out via call/text and we will help get you started!
How do I know if I qualify for 1:1 services?
We invite you to schedule a free discovery call with us, during which we'll discuss your individual needs and concerns. If occupational therapy is beneficial, we can proceed with scheduling an evaluation. During this evaluation, our experienced occupational therapists will assess your specific requirements and create a personalized plan of care. Our collaborative approach ensures that we can provide quality care tailored to your unique situation. If, after the evaluation, we determine that our services may not be the best fit for you, we'll guide you in finding the right resources to meet your needs.
Where are you located?
Our aim is to ensure accessibility to our services, whether you prefer in-person sessions or the convenience of virtual support. We have brick-and-mortar locations for our group classes in Amelia Island, FL, and Sienna, TX. Virtual groups are open to all states. We also provide virtual services to clients in Texas, Florida, Georgia, Massachusetts, Oregon and Indiana. Home visits are offered for clients in Fernandina Beach, FL and Sienna, TX.
I'm worried my infant isn't meeting their milestones, or I have a neurodivergent child. Can you provide services to help?
Absolutely! Before specializing in maternal health occupational therapy, Skai and Ali were and still are passionate pediatric therapists. Our team has extensive experience treating conditions such as developmental delay, sensory processing disorder, ADD/ADHD, ASD, Down Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, rare genetic conditions, and more. We invite you to schedule a free welcome call consultation to discuss your child's challenges. Following the consultation, if an evaluation is recommended, we will collaborate to find a convenient time for you. If the evaluation indicates that occupational therapy is appropriate, we can proceed accordingly. However, if we determine that our services may not be the best fit for your child, we are committed to referring you to a professional who can better address your specific needs.
